Boutique For A Week

Okay, so here's the deal! My good friend Kristen (and Kelly and Sandie :) recently started this great kids consignment business called Boutique for a Week. This is their second year and third sale and it is quite amazing! The sale lasts for a week (August 9-15, 2009) and is an opportunity to sell AND buy gently used children's and baby items! Whether you're a mom, a grandmom, a single friend or even a guy :), you'll want to check it out! If you've got clothes, toys, strollers, etc that your kiddos have out grown - you still have time to register to consign...which means you'll also want to plan for time to shop! I couldn't believe the racks and racks AND RACKS of clothes...and the toys (great time to shop for Christmas gifts!!!!!)!

They offer great incentives for volunteering, like shopping early. And, if you're like me and don't have kids - you can still participate! If you volunteer you can opt to give your early shoppin' hours to a friend who does have children so that SHE doesn't have to work a shift! Nice, huh? Last year, when I helped out, it was such a blast! We all had a great time...and this year I will be able to "give" a girlfriend early shopping time!
